Our Epic Bailey Autograph 79-4

So we wanted to share with you our Bailey Autograph motorhome, after all thats one of the main parts of this site and now some of our best adventures take place in one.

Now finding your motorhome thats right for you is a real long winded process and yes it does take a while, but we will cover that off again soon in another post. For now this is a little in-site into our holiday home, our home from home, where our adventures are based, where the open road is all ours to enjoy, where we stop is where we stay. What ever, when ever; it's our holiday our way.

Now after a good few years of looking in a good few dealers and visiting shows, we finally fell in love with the Bailey Autograph 79-9. These are made by a British company called Bailey and they have been building leisure vehicles in the south of Bristol since 1948, a great long standing company with a fantastic reputation for quality Motorhomes and caravans.

If you want to take a look at there web site, then click on the web address here https://www.baileyofbristol.co.uk On there site you will find their whole range including the new 2020 range to which we will cover off in another posting, you will also be able to find local dealers that stock Baileys on there site right across the UK. You will even see them at the Motorhome and Caravan shows around the country.

Now why this model? For us it had everything we wanted that was on our tick list and trust me we had a big list and why not, this was going to be our dream. We wanted plenty of space and separate space as well, we also wanted plenty of storage inside and out side and when I mean out side I do actually mean a garage. It also had to have that look that was new, fresh, modern and well just pretty sexy to be fair.

We purchased our brand new Bailey from Choose Leisure in Canterbury back in August 2018, you you find more information about them under dealerships post or by visiting there website https://www.chooseleisure.co.uk

One of the best things I find with our motorhome is the internal space as we have the added benefit of a rear luxury bedroom with a solid closed door, there we have a lovely fixed double bed and two wardrobes to store our clothes plus plenty more storage in two large draws under the bed, two side cardboards and under the floor storage area.

With this added room at the rear it means we have space to chill out should we want, Elaine can read in the bedroom with the door closed while I watch a film in the living area. With the Alde heating system its just like being at home on a chilly evening and being tucked up lovely and warm inside. It really is home from home.

Bailey have released there new 2020 range now and we had the pleasure to be invited to the launch, this will be covered in another post.
